Ropapa makes debut, Abass red carded in Islanders’ defeat
Full back Abass Mohammed and striker Ropapa Mensah featured for the Harrisburg City Islanders in their 1-0 defeat away to Pittsburgh Riverhounds in the USL.
Abass Mohammed made it 5 starts out of 5 games for the Islanders but this time, he couldn’t finish the game as he was sent off in the 52nd minute.
The left back was cautioned in the first half, 40th minute and received his second caution after a foul on Hertzog in the 52nd minute.
Striker Ropapa Mensah made his debut in the USL, coming on for Aaron Wheeler after half an hour gone in the first half.
The young forward enjoyed 60 minutes of the match where he excelled and played well, tormenting the host’s defenders.
