Ropapa, Abass shine in Islanders win in the USL

Ropapa Mensah and Abass Mohammed played the entire duration for Harrisburg City Islanders in their 2-0 win over New Red Bulls II in the USL.

Ropapa with his first start for the Islanders, created the first goal and assisted the second goal in a game which he was named the fans’ man of the match.

Abass who has been a regular player for his side once again played excellently well and made sure he got his job done.

Frederick Opoku was an unused substitute as he also continue to wait for his first start.

J. Thomas opened the scoring in the 20th minute before P. Wilson sealed victory 21 minutes after.
