Isaac Twum handed Black Stars invitation for WC Qualifier

Inter Allies captain Isaac Twum has been invited to the Senior National team for the upcoming national assignment.

Twum was named the NASCO Player of the Tournament at the just ended West African Football Union Cup of Nations which he led Ghana to the ultimate.

He has so far played 20 matches for the ‘Eleven Is To One’ this season and has been in top form for the Club.

The Black Stars coach Kwesi Appiah has named a 26-man squad for Ghana’s upcoming World Cup qualifier against Uganda in Kampala.

The senior national team will travel to face the Cranes at the Mandela National Stadium next month in the penultimate qualifier.
