Joseph Aidoo named MVP in Genk’s draw

Ghanaian center back Joseph Aidoo was named Man of the Match in KRC Genk’s 0-0 away draw against Kortrijk in Belgium’s elite league.

Replicating his form in Sweden, the hard working defender thwarted efforts of the hosts at the Guldensporenstadion on Saturday.

Aidoo has formed a strong partnership with Gambian defender Omar Colley to stop all attacks from their opponents.

He has played only 7 times in Belgium and won 2 MVP awards since moving from Hammarby over the summer.
