AFCON2021Q: Ghana jets off to a flying start – Aidoo shines

Ghana Black Stars started the road to the next Africa Cup of Nations with a blistering 2-0 win over South Africa on Thursday.

Joseph Aidoo was in the center of defense and played the entire duration of the match at the Cape Coast Stadium.

The Celta Vigo center back partnered Kasim Nuhu at the back where they both executed their roles to perfection.

Thomas Partey and Kudus Mohammed scored in both halves to ensure the Black Stars start the qualifiers on a very good note.

Ghana will lock horns with Sao Tome e Principe on Monday.
