Prince Baffoe scores in Penn FC draw

Prince Baffoe came off the bench to score his first USL goal for Penn FC in their 3-3 stalemate away at the Louisville Slugger Field (Louisville, Kentucky) against Louisville City.

Prince Baffoe continued the streak of opening Penn FC accounts after scoring in the US Cup, as his first USL goal for the club served as the equalizer against the USL’s defending champions.

The second half substitute, came on in the 78th minute, used his fresh legs to his advantage against a Louisville back line fatigued by the 90 degree weather.

As Louisville tried to play out of the back, Baffoe pounced on an errant pass just outside the box. The midfielder blew by the defenders and slotted away the equalizing effort between the legs of the Louisville goalkeeper.

Fredrick Opoku Yamoah played the entire duration of the game, becoming an integral member of the squad.

Isaac Osae started but had to be replaced in the 58th minute due to a knock he sustained, Haruna Shaibu was an unused substitute.
